For Cuddles That Aren't Quite Right (Change of Mind):
If you change your mind, you can return your plushie for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Just know that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible, your plushie must be in ‘as new’ condition with its original tags and packaging. Please note that "Final Sale" items are not eligible for a change of mind return.
For Cuddles With a Flaw (Faulty Items):If your plushie arrives with a fault, you have a right to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
Just send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will help you fix it and will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
How to Return the Plushie to us?
To help your plushie travel safely back to us, please pack it into its vacuum-sealed bag if possible. If you don't have the original bag, a standard vacuum storage bag will work just fine! We will email you the return label once your return request has been approved.
