    Yes, absolutely! We take your security very seriously. All payments on our website are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. This ensures your personal and credit card details are always protected and are never stored by us.

  • Do you ship outside of Australia?

    For now, we only ship our cuddly plushies to addresses within Australia. But we hope to share the magic with the rest of the world very soon!

  • When will my Giant Plushie arrive?

    We know you're excited to meet your new plushie! Once you place your order, we work super fast to get your plushie ready for its journey. All orders are lovingly dispatched within 1-3 business days.

    From there, the delivery time will depend on the delivery partner for your specific order. While we often use Australia Post, for our most giant plushies, we team up with other delivery partners to ensure a safe and speedy trip. You'll receive a tracking number once your plushie is on its way, so you can follow its adventure right to your door!

    Please note:

    - Standard shipping for Australia Post is typically 2-8 business days.

    - Delays can occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or natural disasters.

    - During sales events and peak times, extended dispatch times are to be expected.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We love making it easy to bring a new plushie home!

        •    Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders under $150.

        •    The best part? It's free for any order over $150!

    If you need your cuddly companion to arrive extra-fast, we can arrange express shipping. Since our plushies come in different magical sizes, express rates can vary. Just contact us and we can give you a quote, and once you're happy with the cost, we'll get your plushie on the fast track to you!

  • How can I track my DREAMZITY order?

    Once your plushie is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number.

    • If your order is shipped via Australia Post, you can use the tracking number to follow your plushie's journey directly on their website.

    • If we've assigned another delivery partner, we will send you a separate email with a tracking link and code for that specific courier.

    Either way, you'll be able to follow your Giant Plushie right to your door!

  • Can I cancel or make changes to my DREAMZITY order?

    We know you might change your mind or realize the shipping address is incorrect, and we'll do our best to help!

    Please contact us at admin@dreamzity.com.au within 60 minutes of placing your order if you need to make any adjustments. We process orders very quickly, and after this timeframe, we won't be able to make any changes or cancellations because your plushie might already be on its way to you.

  • My tracking says delivered, but my new plushie isn't here! What do I do?

    Oh no! We're so sorry to hear your plushie is playing hide-and-seek.

    First, double-check your porch, mailbox, and with your neighbours. If it's still missing, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

  • Why is my Giant Plushie's journey taking a bit longer than expected?
