How do I unbox my Giant Plushie and get it to a fluffy state?

Your Giant Plushie might be a little squished from its long journey to your home! Don't worry, getting it to a super-fluffy state is part of the fun!

Follow these quick steps to bring them back to their full, cuddly size.

Step 1: Open With Care & Unzip

Use scissors/ cutter to carefully cut open the shopping box. Your plushie is protected inside a vacuum-sealed bag. Find the zipper on this bag and pull it open with your hand to set them free!

Step 2: Shake it 

Give your plushie a good shake to help them expand: start by holding their ears for a shake, then hold their legs and shake them fully to loosen the stuffing inside.

Step 3: The Fluffing Fun 

This is the fun part! You need to massage the stuffing back into shape to make them soft and plump again.

• Massage, pat, and knead your plushie all over (head, body, legs) just like you are fluffing a pillow.
• Give them a few tight squeezes and roll them in your hands. You will feel them expanding!
• Gently pull and shape small parts like ears and tails until they look perfect.
